Can you believe it is already 2014? As you finalize your plans and begin launching your spring initiatives, consider implementing OrgSync in a new way. We caught up with a few campuses to learn how they’ve been doing things in our new customer testimonial video. From Central Michigan University using card swipe to measure everything from study hours to involvement, to the University of Nebraska – Omaha creating an alumni portal for local businesses, our campus partners have implemented some incredible initiatives. Here are a few more highlights:
Georgia College and State University has done away with phone messages via pink slips completely! Students who answer the phone can message staff directly through OrgSync. What’s more, the message goes straight to their cell phones.
|Automatic Office Booking
The University of Calgary has developed an automatic office booking system utilizing the OrgSync API and forms. Students can fill out a form to reserve work spaces in the union instead of going through a separate room reservation system.
Penn State – Shenango uses banners on OrgSync to send out news updates. They also use OrgSync as an outlet from which they can discuss specific events and special topics with the student body.
Ramapo College of New Jersey uses to-do lists with the student design team. The design team supervisor assigns tasks to individual or groups of designers, assign deadlines, and manage their progress.
